Appointment Bookings/Times

As we run by appointment only, please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment (if this is your first visit, please arrive 5-minutes early to discuss grooming).

We cannot take dogs that arrive more than 15-minutes late as we’re appointment only and need to run on time for all clients.

Please note we try to send out courtesy text messages to remind you of your appointment times. However, we insist that you don’t solely rely on our systems as we require appointment attendance to be your responsibility.

Missed Appointment Fees

To ensure we’re able to keep our doors open and provide a stable place of employment for the staff, we enforce a missed appointment fee.

A fee of $25 will be applied to your account for missed appointments and will be required to be paid on your next visit.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

We will require 24hrs notice before your appointment for cancellation or rescheduling to ensure we can fill your appointment.

If cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within less than 24hrs of the appointment, a $25 fee will be applied.

Matted or Knotted Dogs

To avoid skin injury during grooming, all dogs with matted coats will be clipped short, and a surcharge will apply. Due to the time involved in removing knots from coats (not matted), a surcharge will apply.

If you believe your dogs may have a knotted or matted coat, please consult our expert staff for an assessment of the required surcharge.

Puppies

To ensure safety, we do not clip puppies under the age of 6-months old.

Additionally, before booking clip appointments, we require puppies to attend at least three wash/tidy (one for adult dogs) appointments to familiarise them with the noises and environment of a grooming salon.
